FIRST OFFF I want to say to all you who watched Sister and Elder Hollands devotional last night... REMEMBER WHAT I SAID LAST WEEK ABOUT A FAITH CRISIS WELL BOOM I HAVE ABRAHAMIC FAITH

GREAT THINGS THIS WEEK:

-ZONE CONFERENCE!!

-Did exchanges; Sœur Hamilton joined me in Petit Bourg for the day and it was cool

-I woke up on Sunday and randomly just knew how to play Anna (by that one guy who used to work in a bakery and was in that one band) on the ukelele so shout out to Anna Lindhardt the queen herself

-I got some letters/cards from family! You are all on my fridge now. I had to explain to Sœur Toussaint the whole thing with Christmas cards in America. The random cultural differences are cool to learn between us two

-the Hollands' devotional 

Honestly not much us happening with the people here, the problem is, everyone loves God (or so they say) and love to talk about that stuff BUT usually it's cus they wanna bash you and stuff. It's like Bible bashing but not in the way you think. OR they just like to talk about God. But they don't wanna DO anything. They just like to say hallelujah amen je suis d'accord. So yeah. No crazy stories for you all this week.

EVERYBODY. When christ invites us to come unto Him, he means EVERY ASPECT OF HIMSELF. Not JUST the forgiveness part or the learning part or whatever. He means EVERY part of Him. And one thing we always forget is to come unto Him to find REST! He is the ONLY source of rest. No worldly thing will ever give you peace. Remember, anything that is good ALWAYS leads back to Christ, so stop making it hard for yourself and instead of backtracking to Christ, START with Christ. Don't let him be the after thought, choose Him to be your every though.

The gospel is simple. I believe it's the simplest things that are the hardest to have faith in, and that's why they're the most important. We can have so much faith in grand huge miracles and life changing events, sure. But how much more do you think it means, when God says "how about just do this one little thing, that's SO little, that you might not think it will make a difference?" it takes a LOT of trust to do that. That's cus we DONT have that surety of "oh this is gonna make a difference." it's almost like there's an extra level of faith. So yeah, that's why it's so important to READ SCRIPTURES, PRAY, GO TO CHURCH, LOVE ONE ANOTHER! Those are the easy simple things. If you can have enough faith to do those things, your faith will move mountains

Wow that was a lot. 

Point is, if you want to learn joy, learn from Christ. He's the master of all joy

Oh i totally forgot my afflictions this week, I got a sinus infection so that was wack but it was good cus it forced me to rest, and I needed it emotionally but I refuse to rest for that kinda stuff. And second, I got merked by a dog check it
